Sell TCG Singles at Elemental Arcade
Most of our time here at Elemental Arcade is spent processing orders and processing singles. We purchase cards in-store over the counter, cards that are mailed in domestically and internationally using our sell list tool and cards from collections.
The process below is for those wanting to get the best possible rate for their singles and for those who want a system that lets them consider their options. For those looking to move bulk collections please contact Mark directly so that we can discuss options.

2) Post your cards or drop them off in store once approved
3) We process the cards received against the sell list and make any necessary adjustments
4) You get paid in cash and/or store credit!
How it works
1) List the Cards you want to Sell
Jump onto the sell list in your customer portal and list cards you want to sell for cash and/or store credit! We offer competitive rates on high end singles and our rates are even more competitive if we have no inventory currently in stock.
We purchase singles for the following Card Games
1) Magic: The Gathering
2) One Piece
3) Pokémon
4) Riftbound
5) Gundam TCG
6) Sorcery: Contested Realm
7) Flesh & Blood
2) Post the cards or drop them off in store
Securely pack the cards, ensuring that you pack the cards to be in the same order as they were submitted in and then post to our PO Box. Please wait until the sell list is approved before posting and please disclose when sending the cards intentionally.

Please include or send us the following:
1) A Return Address
2) Bank Details (Cash Sell Lists)
3) Receipt for postage costs incurred.
(We refund 50% of these costs as store credit up to $10 permitting that the posted sell list has enough value that the refund doesn't end up impacting Elemental Arcade's purchasing cost substantially.)
If dropping off please bring to directly to the shop once your list has been approved and we will endeavour to process it on the spot and if not, as soon as possible. If you need to drop this off outside of trading hours please contact us in advance to discuss potential options.

3) We Process your Sell List
Once we have received your sell list we go through and check everything. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to:
1) Checking for Authenticity
2) Checking Conditions
3) Checking Sets / Expansions
4) Checking the Quantites Submitted
5) Verifying Versions (1st Ed / Unlimited, Reverse Holo / Holofoil, Alpha/Beta etc)
For major discrepancies that impact the expected purchase price we will send you a revised purchase offer to consider.
4) Getting Paid
Once we have finished processing your sell list we will send we will send you the agreed amount(s) via updating your store credit and/or sending you money via bank transfer. Please know all cash buy lists are settled via Bank Transfer and for your first cash buy lists with us we will need to record a copy of your Photo ID, Licence or Passport.
If you provided us with Postage receipts the 50% reimbursement will be added to your account separately permitting that the cost of the reimbursement does not incur too large of a cost on the sell list that it makes the sell list no longer worth Elemental processing (i.e. if you send a $5 sell list and pay $10 postage to send it we will not be refunding any postage incurred as this nullifies any value of us purchasing the cards)
For Store Credit sell lists - if you have sold cards that meet the most wanted criteria you will receive an additional 10% bonus credit.
If you believe you were eligible for bonus credit or postage reimbursement and you cannot see this in your store credit history in your customer dashboard please don't hesitate to reach out to us and ask - end of the day these are mostly manual processes and human error can occur.
Before you send us your singles Checklist
- Ensure you have entered the correct version & condition of each card on your sell list
- Remove your singles from any sleeves
- Keep the singles in the same order that they were entered into the sell list
- Ensure you include a return address and contact information in case we need to contact you or return any singles to you
- If you selected "Cash" please ensure you include your bank details for us to transfer funds to you.
Please endeavour to post or bring in your buylist within 3 business days of submission. The more time that elapses increases the chances we will have to reprocess cards on your buylist to account for price fluctuations.

Elemental Arcade's weekly most wanted singles. List any of these cards and you will receive an additional 10% store credit on your entire buylist.
Please note: the additional 10% will not appear in your buylist cart - it will be added by the Elemental Arcade team when processing your buylist in the store
